What we cannot help with
We do not make or sell the products, so questions about a formula or a damaged pack go to the maker of Rid-X. We cannot diagnose a septic system by email either: a backup or a soggy drainfield needs a licensed septic professional. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. For an order you have already placed, their order page is the quickest route.
