Using rid-x.org means you accept these terms. The site explains the Rid-X line and sends you to buy from our retail partner, so the terms are short.

Who we are not

We are an independent guide. We are not the maker of Rid-X, we do not make or sell the products, and nothing here is a statement by their maker. Rid-X, Septi-Pacs and the product names are trademarks of their owner and are used here only to name the products.

Prices, figures and ratings

Prices, supply sizes, bottle sizes, doses and star ratings come from our last catalog update and from the packs themselves. A price can move between that update and your visit, and the one shown at checkout is the one you pay. A product that stops being offered leaves this site at the next update.

Orders, payment and returns

Nothing is ordered on this site, and we never see card details. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Their terms cover the sale, delivery and any return.

Using the products

Our guides cite the EPA, university extension services, the CDC and other public sources on septic tanks, holding tanks and private wells. They are general information, not instructions for your system. The product label, a septic professional you trust and the rules where you live decide how a product is used.
